Local Councils will be needed to help deliver material needs to the local population. Housing, food, water, energy, and medicine are the material needs of most people, so if you're wondering how you can help the proletariat revolution move along...build a local council of like minded, humanitarian folk who would like to support the distribution of these material needs to the people. These councils can be large bodies of community members, with working groups and complex assemblies, or they could be 3 people in a backyard sharing a beer and thinking how they can help their fellow neighbors, their working class brothers and sisters. Remember to be inclusive, but adamant about rejecting those supremacists and bullies who's aim is to subvert the intentions of helping the people. We must not be tolerant of intolerance, that is the only prejudice you are allowed. People will flock to provide aid and support of these materials, as you equitably distribute them. Expand your network, ask neighbors to join in, and see how helping your community can get us to a better place as a whole.
