Brandon Russell, leader of neo-Nazi group Atomwaffen Division, Sarah Beth Clendaniel, Russell’s plotted to destroy energy stations owned by Exelon and BGE.

The ploy may have been thwarted, but this attempt signals to a deeper problem about the growing reactionary movement in civil society, the neo-Nazi accelerationists are growing bold again.

These misanthropesanti-democratic, prejudicial and cynical world outlook continues to swell out in society. Accelerationists are attempting to destroy society’s foundations, in the effort to establish a counter-hegemony movement to take over in the scene of chaos.

Vice reported, "Their actions threatened the electricity and heat of our homes, hospitals and businesses," Thomas Sobocinski, the special agent in charge of the FBI's Baltimore field office, said at a press conference announcing charges on Monday. "The FBI believes this was a real threat."

Sarah was lured out online to share her plans with an undercover FBI informant, saying “in a “ring” around Baltimore and would wipe out power across the city if they were attacked simultaneously. “It would probably permanently completely lay this city to waste if we could do that successfully,” she allegedly told an FBI source.”

Despite the state crashed onto these reactionaries, the social crisis that facilitates their growth and pollination is caused by the state’s society, today’s current hegemony is allowing for inflation, neo-fascist supremacy, and social injustice to persists. Polarizing those closest to marginalization, yet aligned to the settler, fascist project of the state to the far-right, causing many of them to circulate online “how-to guides online for how to cause maximum damage in an attack on a substation.”

Radical action is needed to resolve radically dangerous times.
