If we're the engine of society as the workers keeping production up and running, then we expect society to fulfill their end of the bargain. We're about to see more militaristic, draconian, and violent policies enacted from the system upon us working class people. This is going to have us ask ourselves, does this agreement continue to make sense while we're being violently oppressed by the system, the other side of this agreement?

Rayshard Brooks on June 12th, 2020, father of 4 was shot and killed by police officers in Atlanta. "He wasn’t causing anyone any harm,” she said. “The police went up to the car and even though the car was parked they pulled him out of the car and started tussling with him. He did grab the Taser, but he just grabbed the Taser and ran." sister Crystal Brooks. Yet the police murdered him.

Breonna Taylor was killed sleeping in her home, from Police executing a no-knock warrant. These police officers killed her injured her boyfriend, and fired through the wall where a pregnant woman and child slept in the adjacent room. They found no weapons or drugs. There was no justice served.

Then her boyfriend was charged with assault with a deadly weapon against a police officer, after he shot at no-knock intruders.
Should we wait until us ourselves are being horribly wronged, oppressed, or violently injured before we fight back. At that point will it not be too late to defend yourself, defend your family and community?
